Gargantua
A black hole rendered with real per-pixel gravitational lensing: light rays bend toward the singularity, so the far side of the incandescent accretion disk arcs up and over the event horizon. A photon ring hugs the dark silhouette, Doppler beaming brightens the side rotating toward us, and the starfield behind is lensed into a faint Einstein ring.
